Concrete Floor Repair
Problem
Battery acid over the years had corroded the concrete floor which became in need of urgent repair.
This picture shows the poor state of the concrete floor from chemical attack.
Solution
- Scaffold erected from underneath in order to shutter the hole
- The hole was filled with Belzona concrete rebuilding product 4131 which will withstand further chemical attack from the battery acid
- Surrounding cracks were ground out and repaired with the Belzona.

Repair area taped off and all cracks repaired
Final coating applied
Summary
- This work was all completed ahead of schedule and on budget.
- The integrity of the floor has been reinstated, and the floor is back in use with minimal disruption.
